• The humidifier must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The humidifier must be in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

• The humidifier must not have been used or damaged in any way.

• The reason for the return

• A clear photo of the humidifier being returned

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 24-48 hours. If your request is approved, we will provide a refund via the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned humidifier.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the full amount paid for the humidifier minus any shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refund:

• Humidifiers that have been used or damaged in any way

• Humidifiers that are missing packaging, accessories, or documentation

• Humidifiers that have been tampered with or modified in any way
